Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

Dollar

(album: Together - 2022)

Swing that hammer mop that floor
Everybody's working for that dollar

Paycheck to paycheck
This noose around my neck
Sometimes I wish I was dead
There's got to be something better than this rat race
I can't keep up the pace
I drink myself off to bed wake up and do it again
Oh it's just clock in clock out clock in again
When will this shift ever end?

Hey boss man can you give me a raise?

Hey, times are tough, you're lucky you're getting paid

But I've been working here for over 20 years

Shut up, back to work, did I make myself clear?

What about the tax can you cut me some slack?

Actually it looks like you're not getting a refund back
And as a matter of fact, you owe a little bit more
I hope there wasn't anything you were saving for

Is this reality, how it's supposed to be?
All my energy, working for the dollar

Paycheck to paycheck
This noose around my neck
Sometimes I wish I was dead
There's got to be something better than this rat race
I can't keep up the pace
I drink myself off to bed wake up and do it again
Oh it's just clock in clock out, it's always the same
When did I put on my these chains?

Oh was it from birth?
They started chipping away at my self worth
Oh or was it in church?
Over in Sunday fools or was it public school?
Where I learned the 4 food groups
False nutrition just to keep us slipping
Better buy what the preacher sells
Or else I will end up in hell
But if hell really does exist
It can't be that much worse than this

It's recess please can I go out to play?

You didn't finish your work so you'll have to stay

But my brain is fried, can I go outside?

He's having trouble focusing and he's falling behind

Tell me Dad, what are you feeding this boy?

McDonald's every day, he likes the happy meal toy

I'll prescribe him this pill, it'll help him sit still

What about the side effects? Will he change? Will he still
Be my little boy, my bundle of joy?
Lost his innocence. The expense of the dollar

Paycheck to paycheck
This noose around my neck
Sometimes I wish I was dead
There's got to be something better than this rat race
I can't keep up the pace
I drink myself off to bed wake up and do it again

Swing that hammer mop that floor
Everybody's working for that dollar
