Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

Afraid To Fight

Afraid To Fight

(album: Jesus And Jesse James - 2023)

Eighteen, graduated sent off to war
Traded in that diploma for a forty-four
Hot days, cold nights, boots on the ground
Shed blood, sweat, and tears for his Uncle Sam

Mom and Daddy wanted college and a good job
Settle down, buy a house, couple acre lot
He was raised up tough, never backed down
Wore his heart on his sleeve, gave every ounce

Daddy said, son, you don't have to go, you know
He says, Daddy I know but

I ain't afraid to fight
I ain't scared to give all I got
I ain't the kind to tuck and run
When hard times come there ain't no doubt
I ain't afraid of bruises, the truth is
I know where my faith lies
This is me, I ain't gonna change 'til the day I die
'Cause I ain't afraid to fight

Four years down the road, traded in the gun
Got a wife, picket fence, and some little ones
Everything's running smooth in paradise
'Til it's dishes breaking, yelling on a late night

She's got her bags packed heading off to the door
Saying is this love worth fighting for?
Tells him any other man would've already let me go
And he says, baby, I know, but

I ain't afraid to fight
I ain't scared to give all I got
I ain't the kind to tuck and run
When hard times come there ain't no doubt
I ain't afraid of bruises, the truth is
I know where my faith lies
This is me, I ain't gonna change 'til the day I die
'Cause I ain't afraid to fight

That road's nearly wound up at its end
As they wait for the doctor to come in
Stage three surely ain't what they wanna hear
Face down in his hands as he's shedding tears
She reaches out, takes him by the hand
Tells him honey, don't you know God's got a plan
Don't you ever forget those words you said that night
'Cause baby, you were right

We ain't afraid to fight
We ain't scared to give all we got
We ain't the kind to tuck and run
When hard times come there ain't no doubt
We ain't afraid of bruises, the truth is
We know where our faith lies
This is us, we ain't gonna change 'til the day we die
This is us, we ain't gonna change 'til the day we die
'Cause we ain't afraid to fight
We ain't afraid to fight
We ain't afraid to fight
