Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

I Can Wait

I Can Wait

I remember way back when I was 10
Trying like hell to be my old man
Big shoes to fill and I ain't filled 'em yet
Been chasing big dreams down the road for a while
I'm scuffed up and scarred but hey, that's life
Nothing worth having ever comes easy I guess

But if it takes a little longer, I'll sit on back
Got everything I need right where I'm at
Long as I'm breathing and can hit my knees and pray
The good Lord knows when life's supposed to happen
Just gotta keep trying, gotta keep on laughing
I know deep down gonna get where I'm going some day
But I can wait

I've settled on down, got kids of my own
The way they talk, you'd swear they're grown
I hope they don't grow up near as fast as they'd like
Yeah, me and baby we're gonna get gray
The kids'll move out and make their way
And that day'll be here in the blink of an eye

So if it takes a little longer, I'll sit on back
Got everything I need right where I'm at
Long as I'm breathing and can hit my knees and pray
The good Lord knows when life's supposed to happen
Just gotta keep trying, gotta keep on laughing
I know deep down gonna get where I'm going some day
But I can wait

I remember my daddy saying he couldn't wait
To see me singing on that Opry stage
It ain't happened yet but I know it will some day

So if it takes a little longer, I'll sit on back
Got everything I need right where I'm at
Long as I'm breathing and can hit my knees and pray
The good Lord knows when life's supposed to happen
Just gotta keep trying, gotta keep on laughing
I know deep down gonna get where I'm going some day
