Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

25 In Jail

25 In Jail

(album: Practice What I Preach - 2019)

The good times ain't over, still a fighting side in me
I guess, I could get sober, but I think I'll just stay here and drink
Momma tried to raise me better and I guess she didn't fail
'Cause I didn't turn 21 in prison, I turned 25 in jail

Living hard was easy, yeah I liked to chase the pain
None the less I've done my best and it's to late to change
If my life was a song I know what it'd sound like
It'd be in the key of D like a song ol' Haggard write

The good times ain't over, still a fighting side in me
I guess, I could get sober, but I'll just stay here and drink
Momma tried to raise me better and I guess she didn't fail
'Cause I didn't turn 21 in prison, I turned 25 in jail

My ol' lady she's a saint, with a gypsy soul
Does her best to hold on, 'cause she just won't let go
And I can't count the times she's picked me off the floor
Paid my tab and cussed my ass, and drug me out the door

The good times ain't over, still a fighting side in me
I guess, I could get sober, but I'll just stay here and drink
Momma tried to raise me better and I guess she didn't fail
'Cause I didn't turn 21 in prison, I turned 25 in jail

I didn't turn 21 in prison, I turned 25 in jail
And I guess these silver wings might fly me straight to hell
Momma tried to raise me better and I guess she didn't fail
Cause I didn't turn 21 in prison, I turned 25 in jail
I didn't turn 21 in prison, I turned 25 in jail
