Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

Good Friends

Good Friends

(album: Little Rock - 2005)

We used to run around skipping school and drinking beer
One drink and the good lord would get us out of here
But now those days are gone, and everything has changed
It's all been turned around, everybody's rearranged

Hey, hey, where did all my good friends go
Maybe someplace far away
Hey, hey, where did all my good friends go

Well, Doug, he went to prison for selling all his pot
And Rick's in California being something that he's not
And Rob, he went to law school, we're all glad he did
But everytime I call I end up talking to his kid

Hey, hey, where did all my good friends go
Maybe someplace far away
Hey, hey, where did all my good friends go

Well, Bo, he joined the navy, to run around and drink
But they finally let him go, after six months in the brink
And Rich, he went to college, he's working night and day
He's been there almost 9 years, but he'll get out someday

Hey, hey, where did all my good friends go
Maybe someplace far away
Hey, hey, where did all my good friends go

And I understand, that people they change
Grow up and move away
But oh how I wish, oh how I wish
That all my good friends could be here today

But Jimmy got a real job, working nine to five
Every once in a while I call him, make sure he's still alive
And Mikey took some time, and found out he way gay
I didn't have the heart to tell him that we all knew anyway

Hey, hey, where did all my good friends go
Maybe someplace far away
Hey, hey, where did all my good friends go
Where did all my good friends go
