Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

Overworked & Underpaid

Overworked & Underpaid

(album: Every Chance I Get - 2011)

Well here's to the teacher in every single school
That's trying not to bend while the kids break all the rules
Yeah this is for the farmer that's praying for the rain
And tryin to feed this country despite the price of grain
Yeah we all need to thank the firemen for taking all the heat
And the boys in blue for what they do to keep it safe out on the street

Overworked and underpaid
The ones who make this country great
Don't be laid up in the shade, they hit it hard every day
It's a real deal, blue collar, bustin butt to make a dollar
Overworked and underpaid

I salute all the troops, that fightin in the foreign land
And all the families praying hard to bring em back to them
To the nurses on the graveyard shift handing out the hope
And moms and dads with extra jobs just tryin to stay afloat
Ole buck down on main street workin sunday on my car
And the boys in the band in the beat up vans pullin tips right out the jar

Overworked and underpaid
The ones who make this country great
Don't be laid up in the shade, they hit it hard every day
It's a real deal, blue collar, bustin butt to make a dollar
Overworked and underpaid

To the long haul truckers, hard workin mothers, and the folks in the national guard
The steel mill workers and oil rig diggers, cause everyday they hit it hard
American tag players, all the bricklayers, and folks haulin all our trash
And if you don't like that you can hit the road jack and kiss our American ass

Overworked and underpaid
The ones who make this country great
Don't be laid up in the shade, they hit it hard every day
It's a real deal, blue collar, bustin butt to make a dollar
Overworked and underpaid
