Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

Street Between Your Feet

Street Between Your Feet

(album: Sunshine - 1977)

People at my door
Run away don't want no more
'Cause they all want my money
And I ain't got no money

People at my door
Every morning at my bed
They're standing around
Ask me for
Can you [?] at my cheque
They all want my money
Ain't nothing I can do about it
I got no money and live without it

And they tell me that I'm gonna be a star
And they pat me on my head
And they tell me that I'm gonna go so far
And they throw me down some bread

People at my door
Every day same old story
Wake up and wipe my eyes
Get set for fame and glory
They all want my money
And I ain't got no money

People at my door
Every morning, every evening
Every time I turn around
Everybody's talking me down, talking me down
They all want my money
Nothing I can do about it
I'm gonna have to live without it

And I see them when they're driving in their cars
And they throw me down some bread
And they tell me that I'm gonna be a star
I got eyes in my head
But that don't make me cry... say bye bye

People at my door
Every day same old story
Wake up and wipe my eyes and
Get set for fame and glory
They all want my money
I can't say I've been living, oh my friends
I got to get down on my knees to make amends

People at my door
Well I want to find a chick baking cookies
I want to get myself [?]
They all want my money
Ain't nothing I can do about it
I'm gonna get back to the country boy
Find myself another door

And I see them when they're driving in their cars
And they hand me down some bread
Oh they tell me that I'm gonna be a star
And they pat me on my head
That don't make me cry
