Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

Chattanooga Shoeshine Boy

Chattanooga Shoeshine Boy

(album: Talk About Hits! - 1959)

Well, have you ever passed
The corner of 4th and Grand
Where a little ball of rhythm
Has a shoeshine stand

People gather round and they clap their hands
He's a great big bundle of joy
He pops a boogie woogie rag
Chattanooga shoeshine boy

Well, he charges you a nickel
Just to shine one shoe
He makes the oldest kind
Of laughter look like new

You feel as though you wanna dance
When he gets through
He's a great big bundle of joy
He pops a boogie, woogie rag
Chattanooga shoeshine boy

It's a wonder that the rag don't tear
The way he makes it pop
You oughta see him fan the air
With his hoppity, hippity
Hoppity, hippity, hoppity, hippity hop

He opens up for business
When the clock strikes nine
He likes to get 'em early
When they're feeling fine

Everybody gets a little rise and shine
'Bout that great big bungle of joy
He pops a boogie, woogie rag
Chattanooga shoeshine boy

It's a wonder that the rag don't tear
The way he makes it pop
You oughta see him fan the air
With his hoppity, hippity
Hoppity, hippity, hoppity, hippity hop

He opens up for business
When the clock strikes nine
He likes to get 'em early
When they're feeling fine

Everybody gets a little rise and shine
'Bout that great big bungle of joy
He pops a boogie, woogie rag
Chattanooga shoeshine boy...
