Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

Landslide

Landslide

(album: Cedarmont - 2018)

It's been 3 years, 4 days, 5 minutes too late
Since I last saw your face
When you took that plane right out of this heartbreak
You took the dog, sold the car, put my heart in a jar
In your little brown suitcase
All you left me with was an ocean of a heartache

I thought I was pulling through
You and I were so old news
Told myself I'm over you, yeah

Till I saw you on the corner of 31st street
The Topshop jacket and skinny blue jeans
Haven't seen you since summer '13, girl
How the hell have you been?
I try to play it cool but I just can't speak
'Cause all the memories come flooding back to me
Feel the ground crumble beneath my feet
And it hit me, hit me, hit me like a landslide
Ooh ooh oo
Hit me like a landslide, aaaooohh
Ooh ooh oo
Hit me like a landslide

You're still the same old guy, brown eyes, cute smile
Tell me, was leaving you worthwhile?
Is it true you've still been living like a wild child?
I've got the shirt that you left at the bottom of my bed
On the day that we first met
You had that look in your eye that I'm never gonna forget

I thought I was pulling through
You and I were so old news
Told myself I'm over you, yeah

Till I saw you on the corner of 31st street
The Topshop jacket and skinny blue jeans
Haven't seen you since summer '13, girl
How the hell have you been?
I try to play it cool but I just can't speak
'Cause all the memories come flooding back to me
Feel the ground crumble beneath my feet
And it hit me, hit me, hit me like a landslide
Ooh ooh oo
Hit me like a landslide, aaaooohh
Ooh ooh oo
Hit me like a landslide

Talked all night till the sun came up
Laughed like kids that were still in love
And in a moment you were gone

Till I saw you on the corner of 31st street
The Topshop jacket and skinny blue jeans
Haven't seen you since summer '13, girl
How the hell have you been?
I try to play it cool but I just can't speak
'Cause all the memories come flooding back to me
Feel the ground crumble beneath my feet
And it hit me, hit me, hit me like a landslide
Ooh ooh oo
Hit me like a landslide
Ooh ooh oooh
Hit me like a landslide
Hit me, hit me, hit me
Hit me like a landslide
Hit me, hit me, hit me
Hit me like a landslide
