Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

One Day At A Time

One Day At A Time

(album: Western White Pines - 2023)

Well, I walked a thousand miles in these vagabond shoes
I met a cat down by the tracks and he taught me the blues
We were picking and a-singing to them somber tunes
With a cheap bottle of wine

Well, I don't gotta a penny, not a dime to my name
Butif I made it rich, there'd be a few things I would change
I'd buy me a plot of land, and hell I'd stow the rest away
Quit my rambling days

Sun goes up and that sun goes down
It's another night in a lonesome ghost town
I just hope that I can see one more sunrise
Life can be hard if you've been dealt a bad hand
So, you pray on the river and go all in
And if you don't roll the dice, then how the hell you gonna win
Or so I'm learning, one day at a time

Sometimes I think man was just meant to breed
A very certain kind of infectious greed
And if you don't do it my way, well then, you're gonna bleed
That never sat well with me

The sun goes up and that sun goes down
It's another night in a lonesome ghost town
I just hope that I can see one more sunrise
Well, life can be hard if you've been dealt a bad hand
So, you pray on the river and go all in
But if you don't roll the dice, then how the hell you gonna win
Or so I'm learning, one day at a time

Well, that cat down by the railroad tracks, he finally caught his train
I gotta little bit of money, it's keeping me sane
I bought me a one-man trailer, I guess it's true what they say about learning
One day at a time

And that sun goes up and that sun goes down
It's another night in a lonesome ghost town
I just hope that I can see one more sunrise
Life can be hard if you've been dealt a bad hand
So, you pray on the river and go all in
But if you don't roll the dice, then how the hell you gonna win
Or so I'm learning, one day at a time
Yeah, if you don't roll the dice, then how the hell you gonna win
Or so I'm learning, one day at a time
