They say it's like a graphite chip in the earth
But have you seen it?
They say it sees so deep it causes rebirth
But have you seen it?
They say it emulates the makeup of mind
They say it sees the infinite extents of space and time
They say it's close as anything to earth, hell, heaven and slime
But have you seen it?

We met it once deep in recesses of rest
That's how we've seen it
You say you've come in search of truth to attest
But do you mean it?

You spent a month or two awake at night
But it's no substitute for holding its expanse in your mind's eye
If you imagine there's an answer through an open door
You'll best do well to take the time to go and ask for more

We found the way in a dream
A feeling that won't ever leave
Walking in space in a place
Where your face melts away like an icicle

When we woke up we felt the lump in our chest

Ringing in our ears so futuristic!

And conceive of invincible
