Bloodletting rituals of habitual slaughter
All inspiration for the psyche that created a monster
He's all alone in the darkness, filthy-ass apartment
Scrubbing red stains off the white berber carpet
But no amount of bleach can wipe away what he's become
A schizophrenic, manic presence who's completely fucking numb
Trying to retain the same but his brain keeps telling him to do these fucking things and so he listens
Grabs a knife from the kitchen and starts stabbing this bitch
And laughing uncontrollably until she finally stops twitching (Twitching)

Or just a case of medicated forced neurotic suggestion
A psychotic confession of a dope-sick sinner man
Sitting in the middle of a blood-drawn pentagram

Staring at her body still silent and beautiful
A victim of a fate that was so inexcusable
