This is the alter riff
Where we are before we begin

This is where writing takes place
Writing comes in first

Being an adult and never a sentence
Every paragraph, every novel is here
You might say that I move on what I call life

There are things that form the circle
Circling the wrong place
Always send there's something looking in
Something where magic takes place

When we die, we become paper
