No where to turn thoughts were a blur
All just occurred he lost in the world
Wiped off the tears that appeared on his shirt
Ask for some prayer and hoped that it worked
Said nobody cared and it's just getting worse
And he just prepared to head in a hearse
Prayed for him first read him a verse
Told him his life was a blessing not curse
Told him when stressing remain on the search
Head to the light instead of dead in the dirt
Just be assured God knows your worth

True as I stand on this earth
You'll make it on through I know to be sure

So I grab a pen and let my knee bend

To those that have suffered a loss
To the marriage that's stuck on the rocks
To the addict that's struggles to stop
God will provide he ain't stuck in a box
And He'll come when you call
Plus He'll run when you fall

Right there through it all when you just hit the wall like
